Q. What is your favourite animal?

A. Koala, she’s been lucky enough to hold/hug one!

Q. Do you have pets at home?

A. Sam has 2 ginger cats called Earl and Hank. She also has a boxer called Norman and a new boxer pup called Travis.

Q. What is the most extraordinary animal you have treated/worked with?

A. A pet skunk on a lead (which didn’t smell).

Fabulous service, Iris and her team are lovely. Very caring and welcoming. Our dog Teddy is quite nervous when visiting the vets but they go above and beyond to make the experience a good one. Would highly recommend.

Really great team, been fantastic with our pup. They actively encourage 'happy visits' in order to get your dog to have positive association with going to the vet which really helps when our little dude isn't much of a fan of needles.
